  To transform your dreams into reality, we will suggest several different tried-and-true approaches. If you prefer, or if your wedding is an entire weekend or special theme event, we can customize a package of services to meet your every wish. Our typical services are as follows:
 
     
     
 
  For the bride who wants to ensure a fun planning process, eliminate the stress of selecting the right wedding vendors and who does not want to work or have her mom and friends work on her wedding day, the StarDust Full Production wedding planner package may be the best solution. In this package, we include all the services described in the day of service package along with unlimited e-mails and telephone calls beginning the day your contract is signed. Over the course of the planning we meet in person six or seven times to plan your wedding.  
 
• Preparation and frequent review of a detailed budget.
• Preparation and frequent review of an individual milestone calendar
• Preparation of wedding day schedules.
• Meeting with the groom and his parents to help with their planning.
• Assistance with communication activities (save the date notices, invitations, ceremony programs, out of town guest packets, rehearsal handouts, menus, etc).
• Assistance with vendor negotiations and hotel room blocks.
• Specialized etiquette sessions as needed.
• Assistance with personalizing your ceremony and selecting the perfect music.
• Assistance for your groom in selecting his apparel.
• Conducting a special groom’s meeting during the week before the wedding to bring him up to date on the logistics and activities.
• Development of a transportation plan for you and your groom as well as your out of town guests.
• Accompany you to the florist and your wedding sites to ensure the visual image of your wedding is all you want it to be.
• One week prior to your wedding day, contact and confirmation with all your wedding vendors.
• Creation of a floor plan for your reception.
• Assistance with table numbers and seating arrangements at the reception.

  This is for the bride who wants to do it herself! We schedule a meeting as soon as possible to discuss your current plans and suggest any vendors that are needed and point out any concerns regarding your planning. Then, one month before your wedding, we meet to review your plans, and confirm your selected vendors to be sure they have not only the correct time and date, but that they are also delivering the full services or products that you have purchased. An assigned day coordinator directs the rehearsal and, on the wedding day, she coordinates the ceremony and direct the reception including all the vendors hired for your wedding.  
 
     
     
 
  This three hour meeting sets the stage for your wedding planning. We review all the decisions you will make in the coming months, prepare a budget, identify your style preference and help put the many issues into context. Suggestions for wedding sites and receptions along with vendor recommendations can also be part of the meeting. You will have direction, options and resources after this important meeting.  
 
 
Deciding on a StarDust wedding planner relationship usually begins with a complimentary presentation of our portfolio of previous weddings. At this meeting, we will get to know one other, hear about your ideas, determine if our resources match your needs and if the all-important "personal chemistry" is present. Clients are accepted only after a personal interview at which time we can discuss service fees. Sorry, prices cannot be quoted by email.
